Have you ever attempted suicide? Do you find yourself thinking of suicide as a way to end your pain? Do you feel as if there is no one you can talk to about your thoughts?

With help comes hope.
The Helpline Center is offering a support group for suicide attempt survivors. The support group focuses on a chance to meet others who have survived a suicide attempt and an opportunity to learn skills that may help them to cope with suicidal thoughts and feelings in order to stay safe in the future.
Group begins: June 20, 2021 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Group will be held via Zoom once per week for 8 weeks.
